2nd Shift Lab Manager

Dr. Tavel Optical Group is a family-owned medical practice that provides eyewear and eye health services to Indiana residents. The company has been operating for over 80 years, continually offering quality vision care and affordable eyewear options to the community. We are looking for a 2nd Shift Lab Manager to oversee the operations of our eyeglass manufacturing lab. This position calls for an individual who is detail-oriented, able to manage a team, and passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of our eyeglass manufacturing lab during the 2nd shift.
• Supervise a team of lab technicians and ensure that all eyewear products meet company standards and quality control guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
