The 2nd Shift Account Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). We need someone who can manage multiple accounts and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. As the person in charge, you will have the freedom to develop your own route and make decisions on how to best allocate resources. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures, and that all work is completed to a high standard.
