2nd Shift Automotive Group Leader

We have an open 2nd Shift Automotive Group Lead position and are looking for someone to join our company and oversee the Tool Room. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, the efficient operation of the tool room, and tools ready to meet daily projection schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tool room and ensure smooth operations
• Train and guide personnel in the proper use of the tool room equipment
• Work closely with the TCM to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Facilitate meetings to ensure a seamless transition between shifts
• Manage department schedules to ensure ample staffing for production support
• Oversee material flow in and out of the regrinding area and maintain inventory records in the ERP system
