They are always on the grounds to check and evaluate the performance of Associates and ensure that the operations are smooth and meet customers' expectations. They use their ability to assign each Associate to specific tasks based on the specialization for maximum output. In addition, they ensure that the work environment is healthy and conducive for Associates to carry out their duties.

Details of the job:

Our main duty will be managing and coordinating daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management. As well as Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed. Help maintain the warehouse clean and organized and train and supervise warehouse staff and new hires.

Two Available Schedules:

1 Shift: Sunday-Thursday (Fridays when needed) from 4a.m. Until Finish

2 Shift: Sunday-Thursday (Fridays when needed) from 2p.m. Until Finish

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Lead to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
