The Assistant Warehouse Manager ensures that the warehouse operates seamlessly, supporting the broader objectives of the organization. Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatching of goods and contributes to the development of operational policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely flow of production work.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Deliver and pick up materials as needed.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff, including regular safety drills and training.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock levels.

This position is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operating procedures including handling incoming paperwork, checking orders, confirming incoming freight/container counts, printing films for screen printing, and assisting customers with order pickups.
