Key Responsibilities
- Draft first round of discovery
- Draft demand letters
- Assist with day to day filings
- Keep track of deadlines
- Manage various administrative tasks
- Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
- Platforms:
- MyCase
- Microsoft Office
- LexusNexis
Requirements
- Experience as a paralegal (a must)
- Experience in commercial litigation (a must)
- Experience with Excel (a must)
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
