The Vice President of Land Development will oversee multi-million dollar residential land development projects. This position will solicit, analyze, and meet with contractors for bids on all new development projects, and negotiate and execute all contracts.
The Vice President of Development will oversee onsite contractors throughout all stages of development, ensuring compliance with the LGI way.
