Senior Back Office Supervisor in Texas

This role is located on site in San Antonio, Texas. The Senior Back Office Supervisor will oversee and assist back-office employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries, mailroom operations and resolving issues or complaints. The Back Office Senior Supervisor will monitor performance standards and give feedback, when necessary, to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have Mailroom, Contact Center, BPO and Back Office Supervisory experience. This candidate must be a team player and have solid supervisory experience.

A day in the life of our Senior Supervisor role consists of managing a team of assigned back-office associates and ensures they comply with client requirements through documented procedures, work instructions, and business rules.
