Sales Enablement Lead in Texas

The Sales Enablement Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and strategies that empower our sales team to achieve their goals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of effective sales training materials, tools, and resources. By equipping our sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and success.

What You’ll Do:  

• Design, develop, and implement sales training programs and initiatives 
• Create and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, playbooks, and job aids
• Deliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions to new hires and existing sales team members

• job is primarily remote
• you will lead sales enablement with our internal team and with large and very large channel partners
• you will need to attend some in person strategy sessions and quarterly offsite events throughout each year
• additionally, you will need to fly to 5-6 states each year for overnight, channel partner meetings
