Basic Function
Promote sales and build prospective customer relationships. Generate sales leads for contact center solutions and schedule appointments for Sales Directors. Qualify and validate leads stemming from marketing efforts.
Principal Accountabilities
- Execute plans and best practices provided by the SDR Manager to generate sales leads and set appointments for Sales Directors.
- Seek out and participate in ongoing coaching and development opportunities intended to help develop strong habits and exceed performance targets.
- Develop mid-market business relationships within select industries to generate proposals.
- Help create well-researched sales presentations including relevant prospect specifics.
- Engage early-stage accounts, cultivating interest in Working Solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft, Chorus, Gong, ...
