the provider + creator development associate role in the marketplace team is for a highly motivated and experienced individual who would be at the forefront of our mission to attract, onboard, and nurture the best creators and providers in the content creation industry.
a successful pro-services associate will take the lead on executing recruiting and engaging strategies for providers and creators, identify creator and provider gaps we need to fill, collaborate with stakeholders and set up appropriate processes that ensure soona can maintain and retain a healthy, growing, and talented creator and provider network.
