Karya Property Management is looking to hire a full time Plumbing Technician to support our properties across our Dallas, TX Portfolio.
As a Plumbing Technician , you will be responsible for supporting 10 Multi-family properties across 2 regions. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, Install repair and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments
- Experience performing repair with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX and other piping.
- Ability to detect source of leaks within confines of building, underground, working internally and on exterior of building to find source of error.
- Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
- Perform Sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs
- Work with blueprints and job specifications as it applies to the craft
