OSP Field Supervisor (Waco, TX) in Texas

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects at the ground level from start-up through completion. You will also be responsible for enforcing quality standards throughout a project lifecycle. This position will provide direction, motivation, and accountability to assigned crews while performing safety inspections. An ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of telecommunication construction, the ability to interpret maps/work prints, and proficiency in using the latest industry-related technologies. Most importantly, a Field Supervisor will possess the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems and be the on-site representation for GAC.
