Helper / Trainee in Texas

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Helper to join our team of over 900 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our AUSTIN, TX location.

• Assist with the installation of fire protection equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire protection systems under direct supervision of a licensed Technician.
• Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Technician.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.
