Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician (FSQA) in Texas

Training for this position will begin our current facility in south Oak Cliff in mid to late May. This position will report to the new Garland facility located at 2610 McCree Rd, Garland, TX 75041.

COMPENSATION: Starting at $20/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Taking mathematical measurements and solving simple equations 
• Complete scientific conversions 
• Calibrations of certain equipment and/or tools 
• Completing daily quality checks, verifications, and food safety investigations 
• Taking and preparing samples for lab testing 
• Clearly communicate all quality and compliance concerns to the team 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required 
• At least 3 months experience in a related food and/or quality field
