Competency Restoration Registered Nurse in Texas

Our CR RN's are responsible for delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients who are hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders, supporting the hospital and program philosophy of care, and ensure the safety and well-being of each patient by following our clinical guidelines as part of our comprehensive clinical treatment team. We offer 12 hour shifts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Provide direct care to patients, which includes facilitating social and emotional needs, supervising medication schedules and evaluating patient progress.
2. Collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals to determine and provide the best possible care for their patients.
3. Responsible for maintaining a safe environment on the unit.
