Responsibilities
- Development includes updates and maintenance of several ecommerce applications and supporting services.
- Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Work with internal department heads, engineers, project managers, and executives to understand their needs and priorities.
- Write or update use cases, stories, epics, and tickets for fellow engineers to act upon, as needed.
- Manage timelines, estimates, quality assurance, and be very detail-oriented in their written and verbal communications and specifications.
