RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receive and respond to consumer inquiries, including our Swiftwick lifetime warranty, order status issues, and shipment questions on all CRM platforms
- Respond to direct messages on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Moderate reviews/questions on E-commerce platforms (Amazon reviews, etc.)
- Address customer inquiries and guide customers to solutions through live chats
- Developed/presented customer service solutions and suggested additional items, cross-sell, and upsell
- Always answer the phone courteously and professionally to guide consumers through pre- and post-purchase experiences.
- Maintain logs within teams such as but not limited to QC log, Fulfillment Error Log, and Customer Suggestion Form
- Learn and retain a thorough knowledge of all existing and new products
