Apartment Maintenance Technician in Tennessee

We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Woodlake Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is scheduled for three days each week at Woodlake and two days each week of roving maintenance; on those days, the technician will be assigned to assist with maintenance at various other MRG-managed communities. This position is eligible for a $1000 signing bonus.

MRG manages more than 30 apartment communities in the Memphis area and provides growth-oriented positions for employees who help us achieve our goal of providing well-maintained, desirable living spaces for our residents.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed
