Parts & Service Manager in South Dakota

C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere ag, material handling and powersports locations has an opening for a Parts & Service Manager at our Ag & Turf location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This position oversees the operations of the parts and service department. The Parts & Service Manager will also work closely with the Store Manager & Regional Managers to maximize profits, provide exceptional customer service, and engage employees to be the best in the business.

Essential Duties:

• Manages service and parts operations within the dealership to maximize profits for the dealership and optimizes Service and Parts Department processes to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction
