Resident Care Coordinator - Chandler Place Assisted Living in South Carolina

Chandler Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team and assist our residents with their daily tasks, along with other duties to ensure residents have a safe and enjoyable living environment. Our Resident Care Coordinators are responsible for planning, directing, and assisting as needed in all resident care staffing and service needs within the scope of their respective certifications.
