Check In/Inventory Technician in South Carolina

The Check-In/Inventory Technician ensures the accurate and timely inspection of new or pre-owned units and conducts routine inventory scans of all units into the Optimum RV inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cursory inspections on all incoming units, checking for immediate functionality, missing or defective components, or damage. Record issues according to company processes using the approved checklist.
• Report any major issues on new or pre-owned units to a manager before releasing transport drivers or submitting check-in inspection sheets to the sales or consignment department.
• Meet and greet transport driver at the delivery site for inspection.
• Document and relay customer concerns and questions, including functional issues to be addressed by technicians, to the advisor and/or sales manager.
• Conduct inventory audits to assist with weekly and monthly inventory lot counts.
