We have been growing significantly over the last few years and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
We are looking for an Account Representative to manage assigned customer accounts. You will address customer concerns and handle the day-to-day administration of accounts to include billing, inventory, and data entry. We expect Account Representatives to be helpful and dedicated to our customers and coworkers. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you have experience in customer service, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with our customers and help grow our business.
