Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Rhode Island

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist represents Dimeo Construction Company’s first impression interfacing with clients, owners, subcontractors, vendors, industry partners, and general visitors.

This position requires a high level of poise, professionalism, organizational skills, communication skills, exceptional customer service acumen and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests on short notice.

• Support all departments and project teams as an additional Administrative Assistant resource on an as needed basis while maintaining standard day to day responsibilities
• Provide front desk coverage between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
• Welcoming guests and directing them to the correct person or office
• Assisting clients/visitors with questions, issues and direction to offices/conference rooms
