Overnight Leadership - FT/PRN in Pennsylvania

The Bradley Center is a trauma-focused residential treatment facility where children and adolescents with emotional, intellectual, and behavioral difficulties receive 24 hour care and treatment. Our residents present with a wide range of challenges and often have a history of trauma.

The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate candidates for the position of Overnight Leadership who have a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as Leadership while on shift
• In conjunction with the Overnight Supervisor, provides situational supervision of the milieu, crisis interventions, and staff development
• Teach and coach therapeutic skills to overnight staff
• Document and organize daily and weekly tracking items, as well as other required...
