Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the properties in Southwest Pennsylvania - Oakdale, Bulger, West Mifflin.
Primary responsibilities are cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, buildings, rental units, streets, and equipment. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary from time to time to meet the needs of the Property and Residents.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure property is presentable, inviting and adheres to company standards at all times.
- Ensure common area lawns are manicured properly. Regularly treat weeds, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs ensuring that landscape beds are free of weeds, trim shrubs and hedges and perform all other lawn care services as necessary.
