Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering and Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Landscape Architect in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare land development documentation.
- Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services.
- Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.
- Perform limited field inspection (as needed).
- Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field of study).
- 2+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture with land development projects.
