Bilingual Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Incentive Rate in Pennsylvania

Access Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both Spanish and English in Lehigh County. Our Behavior Analysts have a base salary of $72,000, and we offer additional incentive pay of $80 to $100/hourly for billable hours beyond an 80 hour/4-week cycle. WORK/LIFE BALANCE is important to us! That is why we only require 20 billable hours per week. With our incentive pay rate, our BCBA's have the opportunity to make $72,000 to over $100,000 a year.

Our IBHS team provides therapeutic services to children and youth (up to the age of 21) who are experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral problems. The program serves people in their homes, schools, and communities and is focused on collaborating with families to help children learn positive coping skills.
