Admissions Case Manager in Pennsylvania

Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.

We are seeking a Admissions Case Manager to provide quality therapeutic care management services for children and their families as part of a residential treatment team. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Completes all necessary documentation (intake summaries/assessments) in a timely manner
• Obtains & forwards all information to internal departments in a timely manner
• Communicates with families and external sources effectively and in a professional demeanor
• Provides coverage and assistance as needed to the Case Management Department as needed (scheduling meetings, completing family tours, required paperwork,...
