Construction Litigation Attorney in Oregon

Direct Counsel is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Law Attorney to join a top law firm in the Portland, Oregon area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional and/or litigation construction law, showcasing proficiency in drafting pleadings, participating in discovery and motion practice, assisting in arbitration and trial, and a deep understanding of construction contract review, drafting, and negotiation, including AIA forms. Knowledge of lien laws, bid protests, delay and impact claims, and governmental contracts is essential.
