Warehouse Supervisor in Ohio

Huckberry is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and monitoring the productivity of associates. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere.

This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask and delegate is essential with this role.

Responsibilities

• On-floor supervision/monitoring for 90-100% of day
• Assist with training associates in basic warehouse functions of picking/packing/shipping
• Lead and delegate associates to individual tasks
• Ensure required tools/materials are available to associates
• Monitor associate attendance, productivity, and schedules
