Information Technology Project Manager in Ohio

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, a Salesforce Field Service Implementation Project across our US organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of Salesforce Field Service implementation, including planning, scoping, scheduling, resource management, budget and risk management.
• Manage cross-functional teams (including external developers and Salesforce Consultants, business analysts, and field service engineers) to ensure project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Field Service
• Manage the technical integration workstream between Salesforce, SAP and other SCM solutions
