The Mechanical Design Engineer for Custom Solutions is responsible for the engineering design and development of new and custom waterblast products. Many custom solutions are based on existing StoneAge waterblast tools, accessories, and automated equipment and are tailored to solve customer specific problems. This role requires the development and maintenance of designs, the ability to interact directly with customers to identify solutions to specific problems, and independent operation to rapidly produce custom designs. Highly engineered solutions require the project management of the solution from requirements gathering through acceptance testing and delivery to the customer.
