Client Relationship Associate in Ohio

This position is a member of the client service team and works closely with Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, clients, and several departments within the firm and plays a critical role in supporting client service, retention, and business growth. 

The ideal associate will:

• Act as the primary point of contact and demonstrate a client-first attitude, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with all facets of new client onboarding including opening accounts, establishing client portal access, and managing account transfers and documents.
• Manage client information within the CRM.  Maintaining clients’ profiles, information, and activities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Resolve and troubleshoot client issues promptly and effectively.
