The Senior Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing and related tasks for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. They have the ability to work with clients with more complex accounting and payroll needs.  

• Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time, ensuring all entries are correct and comply with relevant regulations 

• Maintain and update payroll records for clients, including employee information, hours worked, and deductions

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the administration and processing of payroll for clients.  This position will add new hires, update current employees and process terminated employees as part of the payroll process as well as prepare payroll-related reports.

• Prepares reports, returns, and other documents as required, including payroll reports, year-end tax forms, and other reports required by clients
