Director, Client Service & Project Management in North Dakota

As a Director, Client Service & Project Management at ndm, you will partner with the Vice President, Client Service & Strategy to manage the day-to-day ensuring project tasks and deliverables remain on or ahead of schedule. Also, keeping a pulse on performance, you’ll nurture and assist with client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Monitor marketing performance (digital and traditional)
• Distribute client performance reports
• Support the Vice President with client check-ins and performance meetings
• Contribute to marketing plan development
• Review deliverables for brand integrity and strategy
• Grow/upsell existing business
