Test Rig Development Engineer - Associate in North Carolina

As an associate, you will apply theoretical knowledge obtained through education. You'll apply knowledge to the world of work by onboarding to Volvo Group, induction to respective TD/BA, and receive transition coaching. You'll get to know the business, understanding the ways of working and the group and TD/BA culture. You'll learn about product streams and the contribution of his/her work within this as well as the lifelong learning expectations in the group and TD/Bas. You'll be empowered to perform and make a value adding contribution to the assigned TD/BA with the benefit of ongoing support and supervision.
