Senior Project Manager - Construction in North Carolina

The Senior Project Manager develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all activities necessary to construct one of more projects safely, within schedule and budget, and to the quality specified. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for directing project teams, providing general administrative and technical leadership for the project, scheduling and facilitating project meetings, maintaining all project records and monitoring correspondence, as well as supervising the close out of a project. The Senior Project Manager may delegate project activities to members of the team while providing oversight, guidance, and clear direction.

The Senior Project Manager works in partnership with the Site Superintendent(s) to lead the largest, most complex or most challenging construction projects and reports to Senior Vice President - South East Region.
