Western Specialty Contractors is expanding our Roofing team in Raleigh, NC. For this role, we are looking for a hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience in commercial, low-slope roofing. Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $20-35+ per hour.
As a Roofing Lead Foreman, you will:
- Identify existing and predictable hazards to work surroundings, including working conditions that are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to employees.
- Supervise workers assigned to the area of responsibility to ensure that work complies with specifications and meets quality standards.
- Communicate effectively to supervise employees and maintain customer relations.
- Identify and investigate leaks, and lead and carry out patching and repair projects in all types of commercial roofs.
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds.
