Occupational Therapist - Full Time or Part Time in North Carolina

Our company is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team.

Job Responsibilities Incude:

• Provides patient care based upon physician referral and age-appropriate assessment taking into consideration the patient’s developmental/chronological age and medical diagnoses when planning/implementing treatment programs designed to achieve goals set in conjunction with the patient and/or family member.
• Coordinates patient care and clinical activities through written and/or verbal communication with patients, families, therapists, Clinical Team Leaders, managers, physicians and other members of the health care team.
• Documents in the patient’s medical record and completes other patient care-related forms in compliance with regulatory agencies and department/hospital policies and procedures.
• Supervises OTAs and collaborates with other therapy staff, support staff, volunteers and students to achieve efficient clinical activity and...
