Director of Solution Consulting in North Carolina

Duties:

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of solution consultants to develop actionable digital solutions for client digital search and product data workstreams. Assign, prioritize and review work from solution consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project deliverables. Gather, organize and perform analysis of existing customer information flow, information systems and implementation modalities to generate actionable digital solution workstreams. Conduct standardization of consulting offerings/services and processes by defining qualifications, skill assortments, training and certification requirements. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product milestones/deliverables and provide timely updates to client executives and business stakeholders.
