Contracts Manager in North Carolina

The Contracts Manager is a Senior Management position which is responsible for reviewing and negotiating proposals, contracts, and various agreements. Manage governmental and complex contracts/agreements in order to meet contract requirements, manage and limit company liabilities, as well as, function as in-house point of contact for GOI, US Government, major defense OEM'S and customers. This person will manage the customer service team, and ensure tasks and duties are conducted efficiently, and in a timely manner to achieve the KPI's set by the business.
