If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and the personality to help with customer satisfaction, then we would love to meet you! Wage ranges from $24-$36 per hour depending on experience.

• May include commercial caulking, window glazing, waterproofing, wall and floor coatings, structural concrete repairs, and masonry restoration.
• Assists the various craftsmen in the performance of their work within a particular construction work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the craft
• Supervises workers assigned to area of responsibility to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications and meets quality standards

The Construction Superintendent provides on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely and in accordance with the established schedule and budget. Superintendents shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
