Commissioning Technician in North Carolina

RMF Engineering, Inc has an immediate need for an Electrical or Mechanical Commissioning Technician to join the Charlotte, NC office to provide quality control for a wide variety of new construction and existing building projects.

Duties

• Client’s projects include higher-ed, municipal, healthcare, and federal construction sectors.

• Tasks follow industry standards for New Building Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning defined by NC Energy Code, ASHRAE, LEED, Green Globes, BCXA, and ACG.
• Office and site support.
• Design review.
• Life cycle cost analysis.
• Meetings and construction site visits.
• Energy analysis.
• Field testing and troubleshooting MEP systems.
