Wholesale Specialist in New York

Ship Essential is seeking an experienced Wholesale Specialist to manage the processing of all wholesale orders from our Sunset Park warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring that orders to both national and smaller retailers are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with retailer guidelines to avoid chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders, ensuring adherence to retailer compliance guidelines.
• Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on products before packing and shipping to ensure they meet brand standards.
• Compliance Management: Ensure 100% compliance with retailer requirements, minimizing the risk of chargebacks.
