VP, Commercial, Retail Planning, & Events in New York

The Role:

The Vice President of Commercial, Retail Planning, & Events will be responsible for driving the growth of the Charlotte Tilbury Brand. This role involves leading a team, managing relationships, and overseeing commercial strategies and events.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive profitable and sustainable growth to the business, managing over 2,400 points of distribution in the US and Canada.  
• Lead team of 18 National account, retail planning and event professionals.  Provide strong leadership and support their development through coaching and communication.
• Build accurate Retail and Net sales forecasts and the commercial strategy to deliver them. Identify risks and opportunities, offering solutions to address any gaps.
• Create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners such as Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, and more
