Visual Merchandising Designer in New York

Industrial Color is looking for a global visual merchandising designer to support our luxury beauty client. This role partners with our client and spends 3 days per week onsite in midtown Manhattan. The global visual merchandising designer will be involved in various aspects of visual merchandising from initial design development to execution. The role involves developing innovative and customer centric design solutions through collaboration with the Retail and Merchandising team. The designer will bring their ideas to life through presentation materials and detailed drawings. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining consistency of the brand VM style standards throughout the global markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Designer to enhance and uphold FARMACY’s brand identity through compelling visual displays. In this role, you’ll design compelling in-store visuals, displays, and collateral for a variety of retailers, ranging from large-scale graphics to shelf talkers. You’ll lead projects from the initial concept phase through final print production, ensuring all assets are finalized and prepared to meet high-quality standards. In addition to visual merchandising, there will be opportunities to create effective, engaging designs for other printed collateral (such as PR kits, mailers, and package design updates). You will partner closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, as well as external partners like printers, retailers, and other vendors.
