Visiting Nurse Care Manager in New York

Elder Care Homecare is seeking a New York State Registered Nurse to join our company's team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, with additional expansion planned within the next year.

Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. This role is based in our Manhattan office working with our clients in the New York Metro area.

As a Visiting Nurse Care Manager you will be responsible for supporting our clients and caregivers in the Westchester area. The ideal candidate be able to effectively build relationships, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable in a leadership/training role.
