Senior Visual Experience Designer Temp to Staff in New York

The Senior Designer is responsible for developing highly creative and cohesive design-system solutions for a diverse range of interdisciplinary projects while possessing mastery in specific areas. Reporting directly to the Director of Visual Experience Design (VXD), the Senior Designer assists in the growth of junior and intermediate designers by leading by example through generating effective design solutions while also offering mentorship as needed. This role must sustain and promote a progressive point of view on design excellence and inspire the team by continuously pushing work in fresh and cohesive ways across a myriad of deliverables in a highly collaborative manner with a range of teammates on projects. The Senior Designer works closely with the Director of Visual Experience Design, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to support and develop the creative vision of projects.
