Responsibilities:
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Represent HRIS in all future projects that impact HR technologies and will improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Roll out new applications, recommend system design and configuration changes.
- Build or contribute to project plans related to HR implementations. Design, build, test and roll out all HR application.
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the current HRIS, which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
